Excellent place. Been using them for 18 yeas and staff in pleasanton are excellent and attentitive.
Worst company I’ve ever worked with. Customer service is a joke. They charge almost 40% more than competitors, yet you get 40% less support. Basic issues can’t seem to get resolved, and getting real help from anyone is nearly impossible. It feels like the systems are broken and there’s no real customer service structure behind them. I’ve been a client for almost 10 years, and it’s honestly sad to see how far things have gone downhill.
