This has been a horrible experience from the beginning. All I needed was a virtual address. Initially the card I put on file to set up service was rejected so I put an Amex on file. I went into the office to turn in paper work and finalize everything. The lady at the front desk was unable to figure out why funds for the Amex on file wasn’t being drafted and said it would be taken care of. (It was Not). Horrible security and communication. The elevators are embarrassing, with unattractive plastic coverings that look unprofessional when clients come to visit. We also experience random internet outages and poor overall management. My private office was broken into, and during my first month here my car was also broken into in the middle of the day — my back window was smashed. Terrible service. Beware! After you cancel they will keep charging you and send you to collections and they use a ride out of the country company. Even after paying the collections, they still charge you. Not sure about these google reviews but check out their reviews on other platforms, very negative
