Horrible security and communication. The elevators are embarrassing, with unattractive plastic coverings that look unprofessional when clients come to visit. We also experience random internet outages and poor overall management. My private office was broken into, and during my first month here my car was also broken into in the middle of the day — my back window was smashed. Terrible service. Beware! After you cancel they will keep charging you and send you to collections and they use a ride out of the country company. Even after paying the collections, they still charge you. Not sure about these google reviews but check out their reviews on other platforms, very negative
