I couldn't get any manager contacts from either reception or the helpdesk, therefore, I have to leave this message here. I have moved outside of US, and tried to cancel my contract remotely. I have sent 4 emails: 1- to the reception, 2 - to sales agents from my contact list and 1- to the helpdesk. However, when it comes to membership cancellation, people do not react to such kind of messages.
