The Regus staff is tremendous. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every question is answered with patience, every need met with a smile. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference.
I have been a tenant with Regus since about 2012, at this location and now have expanded to their new location on Prospect Ave. The offices are clean, well maintained, there is parking space available. The staff is amazing especially Priscilla, always very helpful and goes out of her way to help. I recommend Regus Park ridge and Signature to anyone looking for office space with convenient one payment for amazing facilities.
Deceptive business practices. We've filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General and they opened an investigation for their business practices. Be very careful with Regus. They are charging for a restoration fee and not actually restoring the office simply collecting the fee.
