I am writing this to warn others about the predatory billing practices at this Regus. I signed up for a single month, but almost immediately after starting, they charged my card again for a second month without authorization. I have reached out multiple times to request a refund for the overcharge, but they have completely refused to respond or address the issue. It was a complete waste of time. I was very specific about my needing a private office with flexibility and availability in the downtown location. The man II spoke with on the phone said it was busy but when I requested he look at the schedule to see what was available that week, he said there was availability.
