I am writing this to warn others about the predatory billing practices at this Regus. I signed up for a single month, but almost immediately after starting, they charged my card again for a second month without authorization. I have reached out multiple times to request a refund for the overcharge, but they have completely refused to respond or address the issue. Very nice and well managed facility! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
Bhagdeep was very helpful and kind during our tenancy at the Regus. He often goes above and beyond to help us with different issues we encounter at work, and he has a great technical skills as well. He definitely makes the work place at Regus warm and inviting!
Great location and amenities! Isaiah (the building manager) provides amazing customer support and makes everybody feel welcome.
