Unprofessional money grabbers!! As a new client of Regus, I'm deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and clarity in their invoicing process. Being charged a late payment fee for an invoice dated and due on the very same day is beyond comprehension. Additionally, the activation fee for what seems to be an automated service raises concerns. Absolutely avoid. I don't write reviews often. But I felt like I should do my due diligence here. I looked for an office space in this area and was grateful to find that there was one here, but over the last few months I have been met continually with disappointment. I got a private office but I don't think that Regus understands what the word private means. They do absolutely no soundproofing in their rooms. I was absolutely disappointed with the services rendered by Regus, and with the manager of this specific facility. They will start assigning extra invoices and fees out of nowhere, they will be impossible to reach to figure out what they're for. Heck, after I initially signed up, I never received any sort of information about how to utilize my services.
