The location sucks in terms of internet connection issues. DO NOT use this location if you want basic internet to work. Their response rates also suck. We have repeatedly complained about this issue. They say they raise IT tickets but no one responds.

I have been a client of Regus for many years and their services have only gone downhill—so much so that last year I wanted to transfer my services to a mail-only program since I am never there and I have stopped trying to use their services and I am still having so many problems with them. Unprofessional money grabbers!! As a new client of Regus, I'm deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and clarity in their invoicing process. Being charged a late payment fee for an invoice dated and due on the very same day is beyond comprehension. Additionally, the activation fee for what seems to be an automated service raises concerns.
