I used to be a fan of Regus. They closed our office at Pinnacle and moved us to One Alliance. The billing is a disaster. You cannot get anyone on the phone to talk to. It is as if they are going out of business or no one is working there. We recieved a collection notice for a past due bill we don't have. I've asked to speak to a manager or owner and nothing.
