Addie was so amazing! She explained everything very well and answered all my questions. Was so flexible with me. Went out of her way to customize a solution just for me. Very responsive through email. I felt very supported. The membership is amazing because you can reserve an office space in virtually any major U.S. city at an affordable rate. Highly recommend!
We used the board room for a half-day teleconference and it worked out great. Facility and support staff were perfect for our needs.
While the front desk lady is super nice the company as a whole is horrible. They charge for everything. I also cancelled my membership and I AM STILL BEING CHARGED $300. It’s a SCAM! Even the person that signed us up didn’t tell us about some fees. Really not a great experience. ***You should be able to find my account it’s under Cara Pfeifer it’s under my married name. My husband and I also sent an email stating we were charged $600 this month while we had cancelled our membership in the appropriate time to not be charged. ... read more
