This review is in regards to MAY insurance services. My agents name is John and he is by far exceptional. I’m talking when other agents won’t take 10 minutes to go over certain things with you. This guy will stay on the phone with you for an hour till they get things strait. It was truly a terrible experience. Emails asking for cancelation go unanswered for weeks at a time and always with generic non-answers. Phone calls were answered at the beginning, and once I expressed interest in canceling service, I never seemed to be answered despite leaving voicemails. I spent 4 months in a Kuwait during summer outside, and it was still a better experience than dealing with this specific location of Regus.
