I have never encountered such an unprofessional and discriminatory experience as I did with Kristen, the manager at the Regus Bloomington office. For an entire week, she denied me access to my mail, even instructing her colleague to lie about whether I had received any mail or not. When I approached her about the issue, her response was shockingly dismissive and unapologetic. If you must have an office and you have no other options, this place will do.
I requested to close my account only a few weeks after opening because I was charged additional fees that I didn't agree to. The said that they would close the account but not refund any of my money. I put a negative review on here and then they blocked me, Terrible company, and I am still getting charged a monthly fee. Please refund me my money and stop charging me and delete all my information!
Absolutely terrible! I wanted to setup a mailing address and after doing so I was charged extra fees and so I decided to cancel and they would not refund any of my money. The account was barely open a week and I didn't use any of their services. I hate how these companies think it's okay to charge hidden fees and then act like they shouldn't have to give it back!
I have had an office with Regus for about a year now. Almost everyone here is so respectful and welcoming. I love our receptionist ladies. I have never had a bad experience here until today. I came in through the lobby floor and stopped to look at the directory. I was approached but a lady who I have never seen before.
