I’ve been with Spaces a year and a half now and I just renewed my second lease and I would not recommend this company to anyone moving forward to start off. The prices are extremely unreasonable and not only that the customer service is very poor and the internal operations are very underhanded and scammy So I was prompted to renew before a certain day to lock in a certain price before that date even arrived. Wish it could be zero stars!!!!!I never went forward with business with company, yet I have an account with them, was told I needed a credit card to have business with them, which is why I never done business with them. No keys received anything!!!! When I call them they never answer!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SUE MEEEE!!!!
Good option but people don't respect the open cubicles. Many people walking to and from the private offices on speaker phone calls. Place could use better cleaning crews too. My desktop had dried food and the kitchen counter/sink was disgusting. They have a new system, so you can only get customer service if you log in. Guess what happens when logging in is the issue? Yup, you're on your own. Can't pay your rent because you can't log in? Well you should've planned for that.
