Wish it could be zero stars!!!!!I never went forward with business with company, yet I have an account with them, was told I needed a credit card to have business with them, which is why I never done business with them. No keys received anything!!!! When I call them they never answer!! NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SUE MEEEE!!!!
Good option but people don't respect the open cubicles. Many people walking to and from the private offices on speaker phone calls. Place could use better cleaning crews too. My desktop had dried food and the kitchen counter/sink was disgusting. They have a new system, so you can only get customer service if you log in. Guess what happens when logging in is the issue? Yup, you're on your own. Can't pay your rent because you can't log in? Well you should've planned for that.
This is a robbery-- stay away from them. They renew your contract without your approval and still send you to the collection agency. When you are dealing with collection agency, they still take money from your bank account and one morning when you wake up you will see a ZERO balance on your checking account because Regus took all the money that they believe they can invoice you. I am in the process of taking legal action. Dont even think a second, just stay away from this company if you wanna keep your bank account secured.
