After 7 years as a Regus client, I am extremely disappointed with the way our contract termination has been handled. For months, I communicated clearly with multiple Regus representatives regarding our decision not to renew our agreement. I personally followed up several times to ensure everything was processed correctly before the end of our contract on May 31. I had a very bad experience with this company. They are dishonest and do not honor their contracts. They make promises that they simply do not keep, and communication is extremely poor once they have your money. The biggest issue is the delay in returning the security deposit (caution). Despite what was agreed, they take an unreasonable amount of time to return it, if they return it at all. It feels like they intentionally make the process difficult.
