This company is complete scam. Do not use their service because they will take your money. I have canceled and made the supposed last payment twice and they keep sending me bills to pay. I have never worked with a company that was this unprofessional and careless. I have received confirmation that my account was closed and my last payment was made and then someone else that has no knowledge of my cancelation asks me for more money and when I explain that I canceled my account they don't know what I'm talking about. Horrible Treatment and Scammy Billing. I have been on auto pay and a regular user of the virtual office and office space at this location for four years for one of my satellite offices. However God help you if you need anything. No one answers your phone calls. No one returns your emails. They just keep emailing their fraudulent billing and refuse to correct their mess. I was asked to book this location for a meeting for 5 of my colleagues. The pricing and reservation went smoothly and we were pleased with the booking experience. Upon arrival, we were met with a snide and rude receptionist who was not helpful but instead was sharp with her comments and rather than explaining anything was quick to point out that we were early and did not have access to the room that we had reserved (the place was empty...).
