I'd enquired online and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who booked me in for a tour and trial day. I received a confirmation email, so everything seemed straightforward. When I arrived the next day, the receptionist had no idea I was coming. She first sent me into a meeting room where two people were already in the middle of a meeting and clearly annoyed at being interrupted, which was embarrassing for everyone involved. The best part about having a lounge membership is being able to work in any Regus office, but it can be hit and miss as they are all configured differently (plus access to Spaces as well). With that said, this is a review purely about the lounge at the Meridian Avenue Regus as I only have a lounge membership, and I only spend two days working here.
