17/02/2022 After I have written athe review below yesterday, I received a response from them stating they would love to help resolve the issue. Guess what? They were still unable to provide documentation on restoration work done on my unit but tried to argue that I accepted that the unit was in good condition. I told them good condition only meant no visible damage which I will also return the office with no damage.
