I have been a customer for over five years, yet I continue to experience billing issues, including duplicate and even triple charges without authorization. Once the money leaves your account, getting it refunded can take months and requires constant follow-up. Zero Stars: Small business owners beware of this predatory place full of hidden fees, late fees and completely unhelpful staff who are only message deliverers that the actual decision makers hide behind. For instance I was charged a late fee while waiting on them for a resolution to their issue in billing, when disputed they still required a partial payment from me on the late fee, that's a lose/lose for the client.
