I am genuinely horrified by the experience I had with Regus. I was looking for a virtual office solution and Regus is one of the options. I got onto their website and couldn't find the details of what the virtual office package included until I started to fill out the check out form. I got the details and realized it wasn't as good of a package as some other places and so I left. The next day I received 3 phone calls from 3 different numbers before 9 am AND a marketing email. My go-to Regus for my day office monthly plan. Close to home, good location, easy parking but mostly- good staff, good communication. Come try it.
I've had my audiology practice in the Regus Kellogg center for 5 years, and it has been wonderful. As a new and small practice, I couldn't afford to hire a receptionist so it works perfectly for me to be in a space that includes a shared reception area and friendly faces to greet my patients and call back to me to let me know when they arrive.
