Marcella at Regus has been incredibly helpful during our move. She ensured our office furniture was perfectly configured, helped with parking, network access, team integration, conference room scheduling, and even the complicated coffee machine. Her immediate responses to all our questions made the transition seamless. Although our stay is temporary, this experience ensures we will use Regus for future short-term office needs. This used to be a really great place. But when the pandemic began, things just got worse and worse. Incorrect invoices. Double billing. Lousy service or no service at all. They just don't care anymore.
