Decent facilities with all the basic office setups you need, but customer service and management communication could definitely be faster. An okay, strictly average experience.

The layout makes great use of space, offering both comfort and functionality, whether you’re hosting meetings or focusing on individual work. Sabastian truly sets the tone for the entire office. From the moment guests walk in, they’re greeted with a warm, professional, and inviting atmosphere that immediately leaves a positive impression.
Azanty is the best receptionist. She is very welcoming and always makes sure the clients are well taken care of. Anytime I need anything, documents printed, package delivery confirmed, or even just a simple greeting, Azanty goes above and beyond! Hands down I recommend anyone that is in need of an office space, to rent from Regus in Las Vegas on 4th street, especially the 3rd floor because Azanty makes sure you are very well taken care of.
