Continuously change the rules on payment that favor them and wind up costing me money in late fees and additional retainers I never agreed to. I've been a great client and Regus just does what they feel like they can do anything to get away with getting more money in their pockets for nothing. I would put a negative 5 if possible, I contacted them to cancel my account and not only did it not happen in time, they conveniently allowed the agreement to renew and they are forcing me to pay for another 12 months of space we do not even use. This lease was always used as a virtual office so they are not out any cost or expenses on us.
