I am disappointed to be in a position where I feel it is necessary to leave a review. We signed up for a plan that included a virtual office with services such as call answering and forwarding, mail handling, and more. We joined in the middle of the month, but unfortunately, we never received access or a welcome package. Regus claimed they provided everything needed, but that was not the case. Great service and very professional!
Don't waste your time and energy . They will bait and hook you. Once I signed up for a month to month and started having issues , I got no where . After numerous charges even though I had a membership no one helped me . Call after call , email after email . It's like the agents were ghost .... Regus Ghosted me .....plain and simple.
