I am writing to share my experience with Regus, specifically regarding billing and lease renewal. While the office facilities were satisfactory, I encountered consistent issues with billing, including incorrect charges and charges being returned to my card. Furthermore, I was not informed about the automatic renewal policy for my lease. Management had previously advised me that my lease would transition to a month-to-month agreement after the initial term. This has been a great experience. I have modern professional office to see patients, and I get free reception service, free cleaning and excellent staff and management!! Definitely recommend!
