Did some all day classroom training for Tech and it was good.
Our experience with the Regus Wilcrest location in Houston has been extremely frustrating, particularly when trying to end our agreement. We are now in week three of attempting to get a clear answer on the termination process. Every interaction results in the same vague responses: “we’re checking on it” or “we’re escalating it.” Unfortunately, those statements seem to mean absolutely nothing. There’s no drinking water or even a water fountain - it’s ridiculous for them to expect us to buy bottled water at the vending machine. This is a basic amenity that should be available for free.
