Been here 15 years, first with an office, and more recently, couple years ago downgraded to virtual office. In the past couple of years, I noticed the reception area is unattended for 1 hour during the day, usually 1pm-2pm. I have had clients try to drop off items, but cannot, due to no one here. I have come a couple of times to pick up mail, and no one is here. Only a sign that says they will be back at 2pm. I have seen other tenants not happy about this as well. I liked the location and found it convenient, but pricing needs to be upfront and transparent. I am seeing charges appear on my invoice that I was neither informed of nor authorized. This lack of communication is disappointing and should be addressed to ensure customers are fully aware of all potential costs before being billed
We have been a Regus virtual office tenant since 2015. Chris (Community Manager since 2019) is so friendly, attentive, efficient, helpful and caring. We always feel like we are in good hands. There is a parking garage for convenience without being exposed to rain, heat Etc. with amply parking spaces available whenever I come to the building.
Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed, clean and affordable. I work out of this location frequently. 😊
