They are not to be trusted. They have sneaky ways of charging hidden fees. I turned over the unit better than I got it but still got charged for a fee of hundreds of dollars. The attached pictures are how I turned over the unit after my term, but I still got charged a "restoration fee" to the tune of $600-ish. Go somewhere else. Be warned. Their business model is to trick people. I wonder what the extra “restoration charge” was for if I left the unit in the pristine condition shown in the pictures.
Working here has been great. Service and Staff are amazing. Anette and Elizabeth are always in a GREAT mood, very helpful and quickly responds to all our requests. Moving in was super smooth and furniture choices are fantastic. We even moved to a bigger office 1/2 through our lease and the transition was even smoother. Kitchen is kept clean and organized. But the best part is walking into the office to Anette and Elizabeth's energy and excitement; makes the rest of the day easier. Thanks Regus for doing such a great job...
