Definitely recommend this location.
This Regus office is in the central location of Houston - the Pennzoil Place - with its iconic BMW Isetta in the lobby. Pennzoil Place connects the underground tunnels, that take you to other buildings in downtown and where you can find many services & foods without going into the heat outside. We rented Regus office for several days, it was clean, beautiful, and quiet. The staff were very professional and helpful. Jocelyn was exceptional! Will definitely come back again.
Recently updated rules so they won't accept packages over 10lbs. Recommend pursuing other options if package delivery/routing is important to your business.
Poor customer service. Staff unable to answer simple questions and defer to unavailable manager. Manager did not return phone message.
Super friendly staff. Nice place. No complaints yet.
