I can’t believe this We booked a room for a meeting from 8:30 to 5 pm today and we couldn’t even access the elevator to access the room and no one in the reception at all. Called everywhere to find someone but no luck I can’t believe this it is by far the worst company ever Do not ever come here or do service with them They are not responsible If she doesn’t show up we are cancelling this meeting

Very nice building
A real shame I never read the reviews before starting to rent. Moved in. No A/C for the first week and very spotty WiFi. After requesting monetary compensation (after all, we paid a solid $4000 deposit that showed we were a serious business), they said they couldn’t do anything more than give us free coffee. They blamed the AC technicians and COX WiFi which was surprisingly weird as they obviously are subletting and not the owners. My time there was okay. The problem is that when you leave, Regus starts playing games with the termination Date/Billing etc. I should have read the reviews here before signing a 1 year lease. I was charged for an extra month @ $500 after closing my failed business. They charged me for July which was after receiving notice that they were ending my agreement on 06/30/2023. My advice is to go elsewhere where honesty and morals are an important part of the business plan. Regus is on my list and stay away so they do not end up o... read more
