If I could give zero stars I would. I terminated service on the same day I signed up (three days before start of service). Regus did not terminate my agreement and instead billed my credit card for several months before I realized it. My bank now blocks them from charging me, and as a result, Regus is threatening me with a lawsuit and has some debt collectors harassing me every day with threats. Absolutely do not rent these offices. I booked an office to meet with a client and it was locked. No one answered the phone after I had to hunt it down and I had to find an alternate location at the last minute, having to give my client a ride across town. In addition, the company never rectified the situation, customer service was terrible, and they TOOK ME TO COLLECTIONS for a service they never provided.
