I have been coming to meetings on the fourth floor since August 2024. In that time, Steve, the gentleman at the front desk, has been the person who lets me in, calls my meeting leader to let them know I’m here and provides any information or support when I need it. Steve has a way of welcoming me, and I noticed welcoming and supporting others, that is professional, efficient and effective.
