Be careful if you have much mail that comes to you. They will try to make you pay a monthly fee for every name or will reject the mail. Also, they have a lot of undisclosed fees, and you will need to pay a large fee when you leave. I will stay the term of the contract and leave at the end of the term and never look back. Worst business decision I have ever made coming to the Dultuh Regus office. I should have just signed another regular lease with the building since I've had a regular office there for more than 20 years.
Strongly not recommend! Be aware that when you made a contract that you won't be able to get out even contract terminated. unexpected extra charges they will try to charge you as well even contract terminated. Emailed compliant and response i received was automated reply “ Simply visit our website” Lots of money spent. It’s not good! Need to legal advise.

Great office space for what we needed.
Nice office, pleasant staff. But aware that they lock you in contract that you won't be able to get out even if you are not satisfied and have expressed it to them.. be ready for extra charges they will try to charge you as well. Emailed, filed compliant and response i received was not accepted. Was told if I close account i still have pay for a year. Craziness!!!.. seeking legal help on this matter.
