I had the worst experience with them. They have hidden fees like paying the next month after the 1st if you cancel after. They also charge you two months in advance. None of this shit is on their website and these people shamelessly tried to charge my card 4 times and threatened me over and over again to return the keys and pay them. Received a phone call from a law firm Jackson Cole & Associates who claims their offices are located in suite 200. I do not see their names in the directory & after speaking with this law firm it is clear that they are a fraudulent company. I’m not sure if this firm is in this building but if they are a tenant it is a very poor reflection on this property that they would lease space to them. If I can, I will rate this place 0 star. I emailed with their customer service in January to terminate my lease contract, they asked if I was sure about terminating it in January, I said yes, and the customer service told me she already report it to their financial department and will reply my email to confirm the termination. After that, every time I emailed and ask for the final termination if it is been done, their customer service kept telling me to wait for a response within 48 hours.
