I have been lucky enough to have had a place here since the fall of 2009. The space opened just a few months prior, and I had been using Regus properties for business meetings in other states, so was familiar with their quality. I love it here! The staff is amazing and you can tell Amber really cares and sets a great example for her team to accommodate all of us who get to do business out of this location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for office space to lease in the Des Moines area.

This office has over charged my husbands office fee and owes us hundreds of dollars. Every employee at regus passes the issue onto the next and nobody will deal with it. Terrible business rent somewhere else.

Expensive, hidden lease expenses, no climate control in office. Office vacuumed rarely. Nice staff but I would explore options before leasing.
