Scam. I have been paying the monthly feee and never set foot in this place. I asked to have the service terminated, and they made me wait a full year to do so. THEN, the CONTINUED to bill my card. I am still getting bills. They do not answer emails. Complete fraud.
They will force you to save your credit card information so they can charge you bogus fees whenever they feel like. When you refuse to do that they add random charges to your statement and you ask them to remove it, the manager will tell you he can't remove it because it was "automated", he has no control, and doesn't know anyone in the institution who can correct the statement. Complete scam - they lock you in for a 12-month contract without telling you and never let you cancel. If you refuse to pay, they threaten share your personal information with collection agencies. If you're considering Regus, save yourself from a trouble and look elsewhere.
They charged me another month after I tried to cancel, and for some reason when I tried to cancel the option disappeared from my profile page. I’m not even kidding when I say that I had the website, the link to the page that says “end agreement” on my computer and when I went to end the agreement the page had DISAPPEARED AND I WAS UNABLE to access it until I was charged 500 dollars. And then my “retainer balance” says 800 dollars. I hadn’t used the office in over a month. Very scammy.
