I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others know what to expect. I leased an office with Regus expecting a professional, move-in-ready workspace. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When I moved in, I learned that offices are not routinely refreshed before new tenants arrive. Basic things like carpet cleaning, painting, and other maintenance had to be requested rather than being completed before occupancy. We have been trying to get the furniture we need in our office for months and keep getting the run around from staff. They do not seem willing to be flexible and accommodating to our office needs. We do not recommend this location.

We signed a contract in October and have yet to settle into the space. We have requested parking tags multiple times, but the emails do not arrive. No furniture. Difficulty accessing the building after hours.

significant disappointment with the service and treatment I received during my recent meeting at your One West Court Square, Suite 750, Decatur, Georgia 30030 location. The overall experience was well below the standard I have come to expect from Regus and Spaces.
