I cannot recommend Regus based on my experience. As a psychiatric practice, privacy, professionalism, and consistency are essential. Unfortunately, my experience with Regus fell well short of those expectations. During my lease, my office suite was changed with very little notice, creating unnecessary disruption for both my practice and my patients. Billing and hidden fees have been an absolute nightmare. We had an issue that eventually lead us to request a "FINAL INVOICE" - was told in writing by customer service reps that the payment I was making (well in advance of scheduled payments I will add), was the final payment I would ever need to make to Regus. Three months later I received an email from Lou stating that the same balance was past due. I sent her the confirmation of the previous payment and was told it would be corrected.
