My biggest regret is not listening to the reviews. Every since I signed my lease I have been forced to pay fees after fee and being told, oh we will credit you back only to not get those full credits back and being told only a couple were approved when that wasn’t what I was initially told, when he requested I go ahead and pay the invoice and get my account refunded. Terrible experience. I signed up for Regus specifically because the package advertised that it would allow my business to be verified on Google using their office address. However, I later learned that they charge an additional fee for permanent signage, which is required for verification. That requirement was never clearly explained when I signed up, so the service did not deliver what was initially promised. I also had major billing issues.
