I'm not a happy customer. Regus downtown US Bank never answers the phone. They automatically added services to your account if you do not opt out (opt-out section is so small you would need a magnifying glass to see it). Not customer focused at all.
From a practical standpoint, this location meets my needs. However, there are certain customer service issues that leave something to be desired. Ultimately, my Regus membership is worth the price for the use of their business lounges throughout the area.
