Wonderful office space! We sit in a room with a window and it’s perfect for our needs. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and thorough front desk is amazing! We love our front desk ladies. The gym, deli, and area to eat is great if you need a break from work.
I'm not sure at all why this place has any bad reviews. I've been renting an office space from Regus for a while and I've had no issues. In fact, everything has been great! They are incredibly accommodating and when I have a request or need, I always get a quick response. Lori is great as well! She's helpful and always on top of everything. The person at the front desk was so rude which is so unfortunate because the manager Laurie was so kind to me when I set up everything last month. The black woman at the front desk was so unkind, called me out my name as well as gaslit me until I showed her that I had indeed done everything I was supposed to do. I will be canceling my service with Regus as soon as possible.
