The offices themselves are ok, but overpriced. The problem is the service, which is a whole bunch of "don't care" from Regus staff. The center staff are nice, but ineffectual. For instance: - my wired internet connection in my office has currently been down for a week, staff are unable to give me a status of when it will be fixed - I am paying extra for a static IP address, but that was lost somehow when I moved offices 6 months ago. Though I have complained repeatedly, it has not been restored and I am still being charged. ... read more
