I have canceled my membership as they cannot appropriately staff this particular facility during core business hours or provide consistent access when conference rooms are reserved. When I asked for FOB access or keypad, I was told that the FOB is only for permanent renters and that they simply don't have a keypad for office access at the location that I've set my virtual mail up for. Love having drop in space for zooms and working. Quiet. Friendly. Free snacks.
Staff does a lot to make the space comfortable, welcoming and communal! The common spaces are always clean and well stocked, and any questions and requests - from setting up voicemail to moving furniture - are resolved quickly and capably. We are choosing to stay here when our lease is up for renewal.
