This is one of the best—if not THE best—office spaces for solo and small businesses in the Cedar Hill-DeSoto area. My clients always compliment the building and my office space. Ms. Tammy and Ms. Irma keep things in tip-top shape. I enjoy seeing them every time I go into the office. They are excellent office managers and receptionists. I will not stop getting calls from them even when I asked to be removed from the call list. I don't need to be called 8 times a day when I'm just looking for office space. Won't sign here due to the number of calls I keep getting.
The staff is nice, but the company is only interested in your money. My company closed down, so I was unable to finish my lease. I tried offering the rest of the money my company had in order to close out my account, but Regus said no. All I had was mail forwarding, so it's not like I'm creating a vacancy. This place is not worth the cold heart nor the headache.
