Full of hidden fees for mailing service (50% extra), highly recommend finding a different provider for office address services. Threatened debt collection immediately and refused to void an agreement I signed up to just one hour earlier after realizing their deceptive advertising practices (hidden fees everywhere). I rented a virtual office for a nonprofit organization here and initially the experience was okay, though the systems and website seem a bit antiquated. However, upon dissolving this entity I cancelled the virtual office a few months in advance of the end of our agreement.
