Great team and service!
I have used OMNI, which became Regus for close to 20 years. In the last three years their service became terrible. Their staff at the Faneuil Hall call center are so rude, inefficient and agressive, especially that woman called Terryll. She is the rudest person you could ever deal with. I have lost many clients because of her incompetence and rudeness. Potential clients would call again and again and there was nobody to answer the phone. This location is amazing we have been tenants at this location for 2.5 years. The Staff is simply out of this world. They keep the place it tip top shape and running smoothly. They have a large selection of offices and options to fit your needs. The offices are well maintained they are cleaned every night. The front desk staff are a huge selling point to the location.
