There are always issues with these Regus locations. No electricity, messy, etc. The receptionists are also NEVER helpful or competent to do any sort of troubleshooting or even basic help.

Pick a different company for your office space if you want a positive experience. I rented a desk in a shared office for a year at a discounted rate of $140/month. At renewal, the offered price was $428/month. Despite the sales pitch, those prices do not include access to the coffee machine or high speed internet. Those will cost another $40/ month. This company will scam you at every opportunity. Its one thing to deal with rude eye rolling staff, or have my bill constantly be changing with incorrect charges. But this company somehow auto renewed my least for another 6 months and won't refund or help me. Scam company who has literally a 1 star review on the BBB. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE. Worst decision I've made as a business was going through REGUS. ESPECIALLY THE RUDE STAFF MEMBER CYNTHIA AT THE ARCH STREET LOCATION. Cussed me out and literally hung up on me!
