Regus is the absolute worst. This particular location has deteriorated immensely during my tenure there and my rent has gone up exponentially. The amenities are constantly broken or missing. There is zero soundproofing between the offices so you can hear a sneeze in the office next-door. Definitely not good for concentration or people with jobs that require privacy. Scam Alert – They Just Want Your Money! This company is nothing but a scam. They auto-renewed my contract without permission, charged me for mail forwarding for over a year, yet never forwarded anything. I sent all required documents twice, and they still ignored my requests. They only respond when they want payment, but if you need help or a refund, they vanish. No customer service, no integrity—just endless charges. Do NOT sign up with them!
Extremely poor service. Our client mailed us a Christmas package. They did not bother to send us a notification until I call after a week (and the call only got through after five times of calling), only to receive the Manager’s response saying it is not her fault and they will trash it if I do not pick it up today since it is a perishable item. I asked to ship it to me but she said she will charge me shipping fee even though she knows it is her “team” ‘s fault of not notifying me earlier. Extremely poor management.
Complete and total SCAM , they automatically renewed my lease with no signature from me. Now they’re charging me double in late fees what my “virtual” office rent is and send me new invoices every month and have been FOR A YEAR it just keeps accruing. No one will pick up the phone I’ve spoken to janessa the manager four times when they still answered and she assured me someone would get back to me. No one of course EVER did. SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS BEWARE!!!!!!
Very convenient location and a nice working environment. Staff is super helpful especially, Ray, Danielle and the community manager, Jenise. They have been very helpful with everything. ILBSG, PC will continue to use this office. I recommend this Regus location.
