I have been a virtual office tenant with Regus since August 2018. My monthly fees are drafted automatically by Regus from my bank account. When attempting to reserve meeting space for a client meeting, the system blocked my reservation and indicated that my account was on hold due to an alleged balance of approximately $3,500. I do not owe any outstanding balance, and all charges have been automatically drafted by Regus. I have attempted to resolve this issue for over two weeks with no response or resolution.
