This place was a nightmare. Leased a dedicated desk here in Nov. 2025. Had a great cityview, but thats where the positives end. Upon signing my lease they had no key for the office took 2 weeks to get a key which I was billed for when I could not access my office space. Upon getting in the office they had no key for the file cabinet took over a month to get. Staff attempted to up my contract price because I did not have a card on file with them then stated I would be billed a higher rate because I hadn't done it initially. H... read more
Why do we have an extra charge for “kitchen amenities”….when there is NOTHING IN THE KITCHEN TO USE. This place offers nothing good but boring office spaces, no type of events that they’d sponsor or pay for and nothing reasonable for people to stay. My bill is close to $900 this month and shouldn’t be. And it’s over a kitchen bill with an outdated kitchen and nothing else to offer. These people are horrible, and do not outline everything directly to you with a lot of hidden clauses. Now legally, you absolutely cannot make a party remain in contract. Someone can always pay their way out of their contract and I am now working on that bc I truly do not enjoy being here. But to tell me I’m not allowed to have mail (that’s sent to my suite) come into the office when I work with the medically fragile community, is pretty wrong.
