Just moved in the building we were told we would get early move in that was a week early but as soon as we signed and left we got an email saying that was not possible. They told us we can bring our own printer and would have Internet available when we moved in found out that to use your printer on WIFi is extra. They gave us only one access card if you want 2 you have to pay. They told us there is a free meeting room available but as soon as we moved in that was changed and we had to book it. We used mail-forwarding with Regus which worked well until we transitioned team members. They were impossible to get a hold of - literally - as we left both email and voice messages. Until we were contacted by a collections agency! We paid up and chalked it up to business difficulties, until they didn't cancel our account and kept trying to bill us, even though we never agreed to it and didn't even have a payment method nor terms. Billing is always inaccurate. Constant mistakes and additional charges added to monthly invoices with no prospect of resolution. Customer service is non-existent as billing cannot be corrected internally by your home office centre team.
