She literally never failed to smile and say hello in the most genuine possible way. If there was anything I needed, she was there to help. Trying to book an office space a few days in advance, website gives error messages and says transaction cannot be processed. I call the phone number at 1030 AM and am on hold for 25 minutes and give up. Is this a real business? Impossible
