Unacceptable treatment by Regus. We were a good tenant for several years. Paid on time, took care of the office. Upon receiving a 24% rent increase out of the blue, we decided to terminate. More than 7 weeks after moving out, Regus still hasn’t returned the retainer. They’ve acknowledged their obligation and related delays, but there’s no timeline for rectification. There was a possibility I might need to book a meeting room on short notice, so I called the Toronto Davisville office of Regus. Irene Acevedo, Community Manager, answered the phone right away. She understood what I was looking for and emailed me two good options, complete with photos and details of room equipment, supplies and services, and pricing. Irene also helped me register with Regus so that I can now quickly book online as needed.
Absolutely saved me when I needed to make a last minute appointment. Wonderful staff!
