Genie and Melanie were great helping us for our meeting today. Had a super time- tv, whiteboard, clean office, and great atmosphere

Regus is a hidden-cost, small-print, scam factory! Charge a security deposit: fine. But, upon moving out find out there's a mandatory fee to "return the unit to rentable condition", even when the unit is pristine? Criminal. Effectively, they've figured out how to capitalize on the fact that they have month-to-month kinds of turnover! They get to charge two tenants for the same unit when one moves out and another moves in.
