Regus has been great. Clean. Roomy. Modern. Professional. And the staff has been amazing. Great job Regus and nice to have this place in Ogden! Great place to work out of.
Regus is a hidden-cost, small-print, scam factory! Charge a security deposit: fine. But, upon moving out find out there's a mandatory fee to "return the unit to rentable condition", even when the unit is pristine? Criminal. Effectively, they've figured out how to capitalize on the fact that they have month-to-month kinds of turnover! They get to charge two tenants for the same unit when one moves out and another moves in.
The Regis location on 24th is fantastic! The building is clean and professional from the bottom floor to the top floor. Being located in central Ogden is ideal for my clients that travel in from Davis or Box Elder counties. Genie is the City Manager at my location and is phenomenal! She is knowledgeable, reliable, and personable! I look forward to her greetings each time I come in to the office 😊.
